The Japanese chef started his career in the ancient capital of Kyoto, Japan. The chef who has 35 years of training at Kitashinchi Edomae Sushi Restaurant in Osaka, puts his heart and soul into his creations.
We use seasonal ingredients carefully selected and using no chemical seasonings, and strive to provide high quality food that is delicious, Koku, safe and secure.
Customers can enjoy dishes that incorporate the Japanese sense of the seasons, while carefully examining and harmonizing seasonal local ingredients.
